Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Tapago platform, an online ordering service for food businesses. They apply to merchants holding an account as well as to visitors of the site.
Accounts and responsibilities
The merchant is responsible for the accuracy of the information published on their storefront: menu, prices, allergens, opening hours. Tapago provides the technical tool and is not a party to the sales contract between the merchant and their customers.
Subscriptions and payments
The plans, their prices and the applicable commissions are described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions carry no commitment and end at the close of the current month. Online payments are processed by Mollie, a licensed payment provider.
Termination
The merchant can cancel at any time from their admin panel. The business data (menu, storefront, history) is kept for a reasonable period after termination and then deleted, except for accounting documents subject to a legal retention obligation.
