Data we collect
Tapago collects the data needed to run the service: account data (email, name), business data (menu, opening hours, orders) and the details left through the contact form (name, email, phone).
Purposes
This data is used exclusively to provide the service, process orders, answer contact requests and meet our legal obligations. No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Processors
Tapago relies on providers hosted in the European Union or covered by equivalent guarantees: Supabase (database), Mollie (payments), Resend (transactional emails) and Plausible (cookieless analytics).
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data. To exercise them, write to support@tapago.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
Retention
Data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then deleted or anonymised, except for documents subject to a legal retention obligation (for example invoices, kept for 7 years).
